Three tools, one church

Each one works on its own. Together they cover your team's whole week, from Tuesday's schedule to Sunday's last slide.

  • A workload light to look after your people
  • Visitor QR code and follow-up for newcomers
  • Encrypted pastoral notes and Excel in and out

  • The leader sets the order and the key of each song
  • Each musician sets their own key and capo
  • Paste a song however it comes and Banda places the chords
  • Bluetooth pedal and downloads to play offline

Open Banda How it works

What a week looks like

The three tools walk with your team from one day to the next.

  1. Tuesday

    Organiza

    The leader schedules the team

Choose who sings, who plays and who runs media. Everyone gets their shift on WhatsApp and replies from their phone.

  2. Thursday

    Banda

    The set list comes together

The worship leader picks the songs and their keys. Musicians rehearse with their own capo and download the service.

  3. Sunday

    Proyecta

The church sings and reads together

Lyrics, Scripture, announcements and the sermon on every screen, even if the internet goes down.

Banda and Proyecta already work together. With your Digital Church account, Proyecta brings in the set list built in Banda, with the lyrics ready to project.

What drives us

We believe church money should go to people, not to software subscriptions. Digital Church exists so a small church can have the same tools as a large one.

  • Truly free

No paid plan, no ads and no locked features.

  • Built for Latin America

For first-time volunteers, donated computers and unreliable internet.

  • Easy from the first Sunday

Big buttons, few options on screen and video guides for every tool.

  • Your data belongs to your church

No one else sees it or uses it. Download it any time and delete it if you want.

  • Respect for copyright

We don't hand out copyrighted lyrics or Bibles. We help you use what your church already has a license for.

  • Open source

Anyone can see how it works and help improve it, under the MIT license.

Made in Monterrey, from a local church

Digital Church began at La Casa de mi Padre in Monterrey, Mexico. It was started by David Carbajal, an elder of the church, with a simple idea: no church should go without good tools because of its budget.

Each tool comes from a real need in our own church, is tested with our volunteers and is then shared with any church that needs it, in any country.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. All three tools are free, with no ads and no paid features. The code is open so anyone can review it.

Do I have to use all three?

No. Each one works on its own. Start with the one your church needs most and add the others whenever you want.

Do I need to create an account?

Not for Proyecta: it opens in the browser and keeps everything on your computer. Organiza and Banda do use an account, because several people from your church sign in from their phones. Creating it is free.

Do they work offline?

Proyecta does, after you open it the first time. Banda lets you download the service to play without a signal. Organiza needs the internet to view and save data.

Where is my church's data stored?

In Proyecta, on your own computer. In Organiza and Banda, in the cloud and separated by church: no one else sees your information, you can download it to Excel and you can delete it.

Do they come with songs and Bibles?

They include public domain or openly licensed hymns and Bibles. Copyrighted songs are added by your church, which is responsible for its license (for example, CCLI). Proyecta also connects to YouVersion and Planning Center, and imports from SongSelect.

What languages are they in?

Spanish, English, Portuguese, Hindi and Indonesian. We're reviewing the translations with churches in each country: if you speak one of these languages and want to help, message us.

How can I help?

Use them in your church and tell us what to improve. If you code, the source is open. If you speak another language, help us review the translations.

Start this Sunday.

Pick the tool your church needs most today. The others will be ready when you are.
